Not pleasant: Generally, patients don't report pleasant messages but wide varieties - from a personally known voice to barely human, from clear, understandable to garbled, from warnings or threats to urging, often insulting condemnations. I've more often heard them not be interactive conversations, rather announcements. A Psychiatrist will prescribe antipsychotics and safety precautions till they work. Best!
