This question is aimed for a psychiatrist. if a schizophrenic hears voices? how do you asses that it is not a human? and test it with certainty. you would be surprised what i have learned over the years about technology

Obtain more info: I ask questions like: is the voice coming from inside your head or outside? One ear or both ears? From what direction? What is the content? Is it a male or female voice? Many voices?Are there audible words or is it just sounds? Do they think it is their thoughts amplified? How do they feel when they hear the voices? If the content is bizarre, really negative or frightening, that is of concern.
