Yoga: First make sure your health is ok for yoga by seeing your doc. Then consider a few yoga classes somewhere . Upward Dog, Downward Dog, Sun Salutation, Table, Child, Cat, Dog, Dancer & Tree are all good postures. Do all gently and let your mind get a yoga workout as part of the process.
