Confusing question: Uterine myoma are common and depending on size and location can alter the way a fetus carries in the womb.A transverse lie or other mal-presentation could require a c-section. Myomas can also distort the initial appearance of facial features or limb position. That said, it does not, by itself, interfere with the brain development of the fetus, or cause "delays" .
