Fibro Meds: There are several medications for fibromyalgia approved by the fda including lyrica, Cymbalta and savella (milnacipran). Most of these mask the symptoms of pain in the patients by working with the body's neurotransmitters. They are helpful, but they are not a cure. Look carefully for underlying causes of the pain.
