Side effects differ: Minocycline side effects can include headache and abdominal pain (stomachache), but should not be causing numbness in your fingers. Please contact the doctor prescribing the medication for further advice. Also, look at when the numbness occurs and keep track of that to help that doctor help you figure this out.
