Weight gain: One simple way to gain weight is to increase your calories per day. If you want to gain muscle mass, you need to perform resistance training. Make sure you eat a proper balanced diet of fruits and vegetables and lean proteins. Don't waste your money on weight gainers from the store.

Eat healthy high: calorie foods. Eat 6 meals/day. Work on strength training to build large muscle groups. Workout w heavier weights w fewer repetitions. Sleep at least 8 to 9 hrs/night. Hydrate well w water.
