I'm 26 years old. i've gained a 15 kg in the past 2 yrs. i now weigh 105 kg. my right breast and areola is bigger than the other. the top of my right breast ,arm and under armpit sometime feel weak.

Normal variation: There is normal variation in breast tissue. It has to do with muscular anatomy underneath and on top of the chest wall. It also has to do with whether you are left or right hand dominant. Sometimes the dominant arm develops more as it gets more use during the day. Arm weakness may need to see a doctor if it is still bothering you.
