CBC: What you describe sounds like CBC associated with a viral process. Low white cell count and high monocytes or a monocytosis. I believe you mean thrombocytes at 103,900 which are your platelets and that is normal. Reticulocytes are newly formed red cells and they are usually expressed in a percentage. 0.5%-2% is normal range. A reticulocyte count above 5% would be high.

Trends needed: White blood count of 3,200 is a little on the lower side, this could be due to a virus or sometimes medications. The monocyte count of 13.3 may represent recovery from a virus or other entities. The reticulocyte count of 103,900 represents production of new red blood cells. This value is slightly increased. Additional details are needed for further comment. Speak to physician who ordered labs.
