Your monocyte count appears stable and at the higher side of normal, it is the absolute value that matters, the ratio changes have to do with variation in your white blood cell count (WBC). A low ferritin is suggestive of iron deficiency, clinical correlation will be needed by your ordering doc.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your monocyte count is not a cause for concern. Low ferritin suggests iron deficiency and you may take oral iron in consultation with your doctor. Wish you good health!
