Sinusitis can be a chronic problem. Small changes in hydration and wellness can cause a flareup of the symptoms. Inflammation can frequently cause secondary infections when fluid builds up and allows bacteria/viruses to grow. The most effective tool for sinus sufferers is the warm nasal saline wash. I recommend using 2 packets of saline solutions per bottle and using it twice daily.
