Post nasal drip: This can be a chronic problem for some people. It is due to thick mucin, not too much like people often think. Dry mucus can be caused by insufficient water intake, too much caffeine, medication side effects, deviated septum, small polyps that maybe haven't shown on allergy or CT exams, and laryngopharygeal reflux. I suggest seeing ENT if not done to get nasal and laryngeal endoscopy to evaluate.

Maybe: If the allergy tests and ct scan sinuses are normal, also consider silent acid reflux or LPR as a source for the drip
