Seek help: If a complete medical evaluation is normal aside from the diagnoses above you need to see a mental health professional for help.....This assumes that you have been evaluated for malabsorbtion syndromes!

Stress: What is your question? If you have Hashinoto's, then you are hypothyroidal and likely on replacement thyroid hormone which you did not list. Make sure you are being dosed properly as high thyroid hormone level will increase your metabolism and may cause weight loss. I'm always suspicious of unexplained weight loss (consumption) as carcinoma until proven otherwise. Discuss with your doctor.
