A member asked:

I'm a 45 year old woman, in good health. over the past month or so, i've been losing a lot more hair than normal - equally from all areas of my head. i am definitely under chronic stress from all the changes that are still going on, working from home with 2 small kids, etc. could this be due to stress or should i be worried? i have been losing more hair than normal, should i be worried?

Do not worry: Stress could cause hair loss, however your anxiety about hair loss is not helping. Nutrition may also be helpful in reducing hair loss both the food you eat and topical application for your hair. Regardless the hair loss is reversible so do not worry.
