Psychiatrist: I recommend that you see a psychiatrist who can help you cope with chronic stress, anxiety and recurrent panic attacks. Psychotherapy and/or medications should help you a lot.

Relaxation: You must learn to relax. Medications will help to a point, but ultimately, you have to learn to cope with the stresses of life on your own. Try yoga or a similar activity to help you relax.

Get into therapy: Therapy can help you overcome these issues. Don't live your life plagued by these issues. A mix of cognitive behavioral and some isight oriented therapy with medication, if it is needed will help.
