Other causes of sxs: That is certainly possible. But there could be other causes as well. Do you have any other symptoms ? If these symptoms persist and/or worsen, I recommend you see your doctor for further evaluation.

Dr. David and I: agree that stress can cause weakness and loss of appetite and that seeing your doc is recommended. Temporary stress is something we all experience but if the stress is prolonged there is a need to re-evaluate ones lifestyle and work a making changes.
