Fibrocystic changes: You can see some of my other responses to fibrocystic changes/fibrocystic breast disease/breast pain. When you get "stressed", you release more of your normal female hormones which cause cystic changes and pain in the breast. Decrease stress (it is not good for your heart or blood pressue either-can cause stroke). Find ways to relax, laugh and do something fun! you'll be even healthier!
