is spinning in a stand-up position, a good idea for a 21 year old who had their knee replaced years ago? or would it put too much stress on their knee?

Should be fine: Standing on a Stationary bike (spinning) is one of the exercises most likely to put stress on your knee. That said, your replaced knee should be able to handle any moderate exercise as long as you build up to it and start slow so that local muscles and tendons have a chance to strengthen and grow. It would be advisable to do a variety of exercises to work all the muscle groups in your body.

Possibly: They are of two types. The leiomyoma occurs in the skin or gut but the common form is the uterine fibroid. Seek treatment: Infection can cause congestion as well as bad allergies. There are medicines for both. We have many different medications for severe nasal allergies so see your doctor to know what treatment would be right for you. When you lie down the pressure in the veins of your nasal passages is higher and the congestion is usually worse. That is normal.

Maybe...: We suggest rest, ice, elevation, compression and NSAID of choice. You don't necessarily have to stop, but you may need to back off some. If it worsens, you may have to stop and get it checked out.
