My 34 year old son's total cholesterol is 118, hdl 64, tri's 44 & ldl 45. doc said "perfect", i am concerned, should i be? the total was flagged low!

It is perfect.: A low total cholesterol is a good thing. His HDL is also high which is great! So, no need to worry.
