No reason needed: Everyone should have a primary care doctor who knows the details, such as the patient's past medical history, family history, dietary habits, exercise habits, substance use habits, current meds, workplace exposures, etc... One's doctor needs to review lab results, because numbers are just numbers, with little meaning unless the whole story is known. The above lipid results need minor improving.
