Don't worry: Worry won't do any good. Aside from the lower HDL your numbers are good. Just be sure to keep your weight normal, exercise 5-6 x / week, don't smoke, don't drink much and keep your stress levels manageable. That will be your surest defense against heart disease.

Depends: The interpretation of a lipid panel differs from patient to patient. All of the above levels are acceptable in a person with no medical problems. Patient with health issues such as heart disease and diabetes are encouraged to have lower LDL levels. If you have no other health problems then rest assured!

Your low HDL is a problem....it elevates your lifetime risk of heart disease. You should work to increase it to atleast >40 mg/dl by partaking in regular exercise, even if it is walking briskly 25 min 4x/week; eat salmon, walnuts, flax seeds. Then recheck your lipids in 6-9 months. Also don't let your LDL drift up much higher. It is ok @ 125 mg.dl, but be mindful of your saturated fat intake.
