When training how high blood pressure is okey? how high does it have to be before you would be concerned for the aorta?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Exercise: If you have no family history of aneurysm and don't have hypertension and also no connective tissue diseases, then I wouldn't be concerned unless your blood pressure with exercise was consistently higher than 160/90.
