To protect your ascending aorta from more dilitation, your blood pressure should be treated to keep it 130/80 or lower. 67% blockage of the LAD is almost at the extent where stenting is considered. Do you have angina with exertion? Did you experience it or signs of ischemia with nuclear or echo stress testing? Your cardiologist will treat you appropriately with diet,medications&thorough follow-up
