Get healthy: Blood pressure is best treated with diet and exercise in conjunction with medications. I've had patients eliminate or reduce meds with weight loss. The treatment for aortic stenosis and aortic insufficiency are different. Is it mild, moderate, severe? Do you have a bicuspid valve? As you can imagine, more information is needed to really give guidance.
