Dental: what besides one's own palate tissue can be used to build up teeth gum coverage due to recession when a pedicle graft is not an option?

Attached Gingiva: The free gingival graft procedure uses keratinized gingival tissue. Since there is an abundance of this tissue on your palate, this is the area of choice. Other areas of your mouth may not have enough tissue to harvest, or may damage the teeth at the donor site. Your periodontist knows best. Gingival grafting: Besides the palatial tissue , artificial grafting material can be used as well depending on severity of the recession. Now we can also use PRF membrane to cover the recession area. The periodontist would be the best to tell you your options after looking at the area
