My 9 yr old daughter has constant nose bleeds, but only out of her right nostril. it's happens 2x a week & she's only laying down when it happens.

Nasal allergy: Frequent nose bleeding is often associated with a benign condition, e.g., swollen inner lining due to nasal allergy. It would be prudent to seek medical attention if the child experiences prolonged bleeding, easy bruising, or pallor (pale looking). Beside allergy medicine, running humidifier and application of vaseline inside nostrils before sleep should be of help.
