Common problem: The skin lining the inside of the nose has many fragile capillaries that can break and leak with trauma.Irritants like dust, fragrances, smoke, eyc. Will also keep them irritated and more susceptible to bleeding. Washing out irritants and adding moisture to the area helps. A saline nasal wash or gel used daily can reduce the frequency of bleeds.
