Kindly get her seen: By a doctor, and don't squeeze her nose, it could be a blood clot, a crust, sticking to her inner nose, but still needs to be seen

Staph Folliculitis: It sounds like staph folliculitis. Do not squeeze this lesion. Apply a hot compress, if she will cooperate. If dilligently applied, this may result in "pointing" and rupture of the lesion. She may need antibiotics.
