Needs Evaluation: Nose bleeds in kids are commonly triggered by allergic irritation & minor trauma in the sensitive area of the nasal membranes. This can be frequent & recurrent. The number & frequency you report would make me wonder about a clotting issue. Nsaid pain meds can interfere with clotting or there are some unusual disturbances involving platelets. Id see your dr & have this looked into.
