Nose bleeds: Your daughter is not aware if she is picking her nose while she is sleeping.It is a reflex action. Use a vaporizer at night. Make sure the room is on the cool side.You can apply saline gel to her nose at bedtime to keep it moisturized. If bleeding continues, take her to the doctor to get her nose cauterized.
