How long do you feel better after a dose change in synthroid. my dose was changed from 100 mcg to 88 mcg daily. its my 6th day on the 88 mcg and still have fatigue, cold intolerance, sleep trouble. how many weeks does body adjust to the dose change?

Synthroid : I need to clarify. Are you saying your dose has decreased? Normally when someone is having fatigue, cold intolerance we consider their lab's test and may increase the dose. More information is needed , how have your TSH levels been?
