Sounds good: It sounds like you are doing good things for yourself. Make sure you are doing both aerobic and weight bearing exercises. If you are doing a lot of body building make sure you are eating adequate protein in your diet. A diet rich in fresh fruits and vegetables and lean protein is best. Also make sure you are drinking plenty of water, at least 48 oz per day, and more is better.
