Exercise you like!: In my experience the best exercise is the exercise that someone likes and sticks to. Whether it is swimming, walking, cycling, jogging, stairs, weights, or the elliptical, the key to burning fat with exercise is to stick to it. A common problem is for people to do the exercise at too high of an intensity. For fat burning, i would recommend 1 hour 4 times a week at an intensity where you can talk.
