Safe, not effective: There have been many claims for various vitamins and their ability to increase appetite. There is no reliable information to support this idea. It is known that vitamin deficiencies may decrease appetite, so possibly the correction of those deficiencies increases appetite. In general, multiple vitamins like Centrum as safe to take; however, best idea is to eat as healthy a diet as possible:)
