Yes: Sebastiane, The indication of once listed on the bottle is for the average person. Your doctor may feel that you need a higher than average dose. While you can overdose on Vitamin E, that low of a dose won't do it. If you are taking it on your doctor's advice, it should be fine. Hope this helps!
