Health tips: Eating a healthy balanced diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables, protein and whole grains is optimal and young women generally do not need vitamins unless you are pregnant or trying to get pregnant - then take a multi vitamin with iron and folic acid. Always use moisturizer with sunscreen SPF 30 or greater and sunblock on exposed skin to avoid skin cancer. Avoid tobacco.
