Rheum suspects psa as i have ankle & back pain. sometimes i take a naproxen tab and the pain is gone for 2/3 days. does psa pain come and go?

Possibly: Back pain with psoriasis is related to the presence of the HLA-B27 gene. Was your test for this positive? Ankle pain alone is not likely related. There has to be swelling as well. Naproxen is sometimes effective but not commonly as effective as you describe.
