Twice a day with : Food, what you can do have your doctor give a shot of steroid in those area that could help. Stretching exercises also could help. Also ask your doctor about some muscle injection too.

Apply ice.: Naproxen 500mg is generally taken twice a day. This is not something you want to take for extended periods of time as it can potentially cause irritation to the stomach lining or worse a bleeding ulcer. Pain killers are an option, but you need to be careful you don't get addicted, or get liver damage from too much acetaminophen. Have you considered physical therapy? Or a tens unit?
