Get it checked by MD: It is difficult to suggest based on your question.Pain in back associated with pain in leg not responding to pain med like you add taking needs to be evaluated by your doctor. Of course you can try aleve but over the counter aleve ( naproxen ) is not that strong you will need to take2 tab every 12 hours.Get it checked with detailed history as to how long@what started it. Exam and may need imagin
