I am 76 years old with osteoarthritis. i have burning pain on both shoulders, elbows, wrists, hands knees, ankles. i have over the counter naproxen sulfate 220 mg and aleve 220 mg. how many of these can i take in the am and pm safely?

Naproxen and Aleve are the same, an NSAID which carries major adverse effects with daily use for people at your age. For osteoarthritis you should use only Acetaminophen as needed and try Turmeric supplement for 3 months. If you have so much pain and want to use an NSAID, Ibuprofen (Motrin or Advil) is safer but only once in a while. If possible, please join a Tai Chi class, it will be helpful.
