Have ear checked: I suggest that you see a doctor and have them look into your ears. It is possible that you have something in your ear that is causing the problem.

Ear: Great question. May be tensor tympani myoclonus which means that the little tendon attached to one of your three earbones is responding to the noisy environment. Its protective of your hearing. See and ENT and have a hearing test to check it out
