Last night a weird whistle noise started in my ear but its not constant i can only hear it when i talk or someone else talks it also starts after certain sounds like from music and i only heard it after litsening to a song and i dont know what it is?

Tinnitus: This sounds like tinnitus. It can be caused by ear problems in your outer, middle or inner ear. It can also be caused by problems with the hearing nerves or the part of your brain that interprets nerve signals as sound. Sometimes loud noises or trauma can make it start. I recommend that you see your doctor for an examination to help determine the cause and possible treatment.
