Fibrocystic breasts: Fibrocystic breast disease can manifest at 30 years of age. It is worsened by caffeine. Made better with a support bra, ice pack, and OTC primrose oil, and perhaps oral contraceptives. Other OTC pain remedies can be tried if not allergic.
