I have fibrosis tic breasts. when my menstrual starts they get enlarged but especially one side more than the other. should i be concerned?

It should: Not be a big deal. Approx 2% of women have asymmetric breasts outside of menstrual irregularities. If its an issue, see your doc but birth control pills are first line for fibrocystic breasts and can give a lot of relief.
