Moobs ? boobs but: Still unscientific term , with aging normal breast glands and ducts are replaces by fibrous tissue , a normal physiological process , yes reduction surgery could be done , at 79 yr old not advisable due to other systemic diseases ( high risk ) that goes with age

Yes, reduction of the tissue can be performed with either liposuction alone, or a combination of liposuction and direct excision of the tissue. The best option would be determined following an examination. Best wishes, /nsn.
