Ice and Advil (ibuprofen) : Is a good start. You didnt say how you hurt it and a fracture is always a possibility. If it continues to hurt after applying ice and taking Advil, (ibuprofen) you could consider seeing a foot doc, xrays would let ou know if you broke the toe.
