I have a bump on my big toe on the right foot. it's swollen a little and a little painful. warm epsom salt soaks and advil helps. what could it be? i can provide pictures if necessary?

Seek medical advice: If this mass appeared suddenly, without trauma, seek medical attention. Xrays can be beneficial. A soft tissue mass is a possibility. There is some inflammation responding to the medication. If no change seek help.
