Yes: Make sure you do not put ice in direct contact with your skin. You may get frost bite. Put ice in a ziplock bag and wrap with towel or gauze. You may take advil (ibuprofen) if there has not been too much undermining and your wound is flat.

Mole: Generally the area where a mole is removed is not painful. If pain or expanding redness is around the mole an infection may be present. Report your symptoms to the doctor performing the mole removal.
