Any relief: You should also elevate the foot on a pillow placing it higher than the heart while lying down and use some ice packs (covered with no more than a pillow case) for 20 minutes or so. If the advil, (ibuprofen) elevation, and ice don't help, you should get to an urgent care for x- rays. But the x=ray may not show any fracture this early.

See below: Could be just a bruise but could be a fracture. If still a problem the next day i would suggest an x- ray.
