Unrelated : Cervical dysplasia is not going to be related to abnormal vaginal discharge and cramps. Consider seeing a gynecologist for an exam and testing.

Need to see Dr: If you had a procedure to get rid of the cells, like a cryosurgery the discharge could be from that and will be self limited, if there was no procedure and this is a new symptom it needs to be evaluated and tested.
